Project Manager – National Fundraising Campaigns

You will ensure current and future Tier 1 National Fundraising Campaigns, such as Red Shield Appeal, Christmas, Winter and Emergency, are managed in line with operational outcomes and project end-to-end processes are aligned with best practice fundraising and project management techniques.

You will;

  • Define, manage and deliver Campaign processes in line with scope, budget, schedule, risk and resources
  • Setup and manage all activities of the campaign life-cycle ensuring outcomes are in line with key campaign deliverables and parameters
  • Develop and contribute to project plans and briefs as required ensuring key criteria are addressed and project measurables in line with operational outcomes
  • Coordinate deliverables and plans with other delivery teams ensuring campaign milestones are clearly understood and measures for tracking performance clearly established
  • Manage campaign resources and quality of deliverables; provide campaign management information reports as required
  • Manage cross functional campaign activities throughout all phases of the campaign lifecycle

  • Considerable project management experience in delivering cross-functional Fundraising Campaigns
  • Experience driving change and the ability to set direction
  • Solid experience managing a range of projects across the full project life-cycle including developing project plans, campaign briefs, managing stakeholder engagement, developing a campaign framework and model, managing budgetary and resourcing constraints
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Project Management
  • Professional project management qualifications / certification i.e. PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, Lean Sigma
