About the role
BaptistCare Residential Services the Gracewood Centre located in Kellyville is currently seeking a full time Residential Manager to join our vibrant team. The role includes leading and developing teams within the residential facility environment, assessing, evaluating and providing person centred care, coaching and mentoring staff, whilst managing resources effectively to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents.

About you
The successful candidate will possess a current registration with APRHA as a Registered Nurse with minimum 5 years’ experience in Aged Care/Aged Care Management. You will have demonstrated hands on experience in meeting relevant government and statutory requirements of an Aged Care facility e.g. Commonwealth Aged Care Act 1997 with a proven track record in monitoring the quality and effectiveness of a clinical service. You will have experience in developing and monitoring budgets that align with agreed KPIs. You will also having the ability to work within the BaptistCare Vision and Values Statement.
