Assistant Head of Junior School - Teaching & Learning

The College is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person for a full time ongoing position reporting to the Head of Junior School, commencing Term 1, 2020.

In addition to a small teaching load, the Assistant Head of Junior School – Teaching and Learning will provide support and expert leadership in the development of our innovative curriculum and teaching program.

Among other things, this position involves an active role in the strategic planning and delivery of curriculum, change management, supporting teachers’ planning, pedagogy and professional development, and oversight of assessment and reporting requirements associated with the Australian National Curriculum.

Applicants will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively.
