Guest & Administration Officer – Mt Victoria NSW

Lutanda Children’s Services is looking for an Administration Manager to work at our Mount Victoria site. Mt Victoria is in an exciting growth stage including upgrading the property, growing its outreach programs and delivering Outdoor Education programs to schools that focus on building character within individuals and their relationships with one another. We offer our site to people of all backgrounds as we demonstrate Jesus’ love in word and deed every day, every time.

We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our team at our Mt Victoria site near Sydney, NSW. Your main responsibilities are to manage Lutanda Mt Victoria’s bookings and finances.

Specifically, the role will entail,
  • Guest Services Tasks
  • Managing contact with clients and retention – Contact made with existing and newly visited clientele, with the motivation of gaining a rebook of business
  • Reception – Office supply stock take. Answering the phone. Physically greeting clientele or walk ins.
  • Hosting – Welcoming oncoming groups and clientele. Assisting clientele with their needs as best that is possible
  • Issuing debtor invoices and chasing payment.
  • Reviewing and coordinating the entry of supplier invoices
The position would suit someone who has office experience and wants to work in a Christian environment or who has an administration background and you love what we do as passionately as we do. The position is part time.

The successful applicants should have:
  • Experience and skills in general office tasks
  • Experience and skills in working with clients and delivering quality customer service
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated and has the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines
  • Be highly articulate with excellent attention to detail
  • Well-presented and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with cloud-based business operational systems
  • A passion for delivering excellence to hiring groups

Who is Lutanda?
Lutanda is a Christian Camping and Outdoor Education ministry working with youth connected with Christian Community Churches of Australia.  We minister to youth in schools, churches, with intellectual disabilities and those in the out of home care system to improve their lives in difficult situations and help them see the relevance of Jesus in their lives today. We serve churches and community groups by providing a great place for a retreat to strengthen your faith in Jesus.
