Ministry Team Leader
Camp Hill Church of Christ

Camp Hill is a small, multi-generational church located in the eastern suburbs of Brisbane.

Camp Hill has been growing in its missional heart in recent years, striving to allow the mission of God to direct our worship and community engagement, especially in the school community.  We are seeking a Ministry Leader to guide us through the next steps of building on the established connections already made and building up the body of Christ.

Having served in the community for over 60 years, the Church decided last year (2018) to transition in readiness for new missional opportunities.  This included moving from their Church building into the local school (Whites Hill State College).  The Church is intentionally seeking opportunities to serve within its community.

Our worship is contemporary led by an enthusiastic team. God’s presence is sought each Sunday as the Church seeks His will for their corporate and individual lives.  The Church is an active support in a number of programs in the local school and works closely with the Chaplain, Guidance Officer and others to care for and support struggling families.

Above all else, we desire to see the renewal of the body of Christ and for the Lordship of Jesus to be acknowledged by ever-increasing numbers in our community. Camp Hill is committed to faithfully expressing the great mission of God in the eastern suburbs.

This role is expected to commence before July 2019. Successful applicants will be contacted personally and invited to continue in the selection process (including short-list interview, invitation to speak at a church service, and second round interview).

Expressions of interest should be addressed to the Leadership Team and sent via the Apply Now button. Applications should address the key criteria.

Applications close: 27th May 2019
