Our mission is to live out the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the midst of our community, so as to invite others into a journey of faith and renewal leading to a relationship with Jesus.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are actively searching for an experienced minister whom God has chosen to lead us into the future. Parkdale is a unique, family-oriented church in the bayside suburb 23km to the south of Melbourne.  We are a multi-generational small congregation with a strong foundation of nearly 100 years of ministry.  Our loving and compassionate congregation needs a dynamic visionary to lead us. 
The Minister will help us to discover our missional approach and encourage each member of the congregation to find and develop their individual gifts in service of the mission, while possessing a dynamic, Bible-based, practical and relevant preaching and teaching.

KEY CRITERIA

• Dynamic personal relationship with Jesus, seeking ongoing spiritual growth and maturity.
• Generous theological perspective that embraces unity and diversity.
• Willingness to live locally to seek and engage with the community.
• Experienced gifted communicator, with the ability to share information and deal with conflict.
• Ability to work well within teams.
• Open to feedback for the continued mission of the church.
• Is easily accessible, approachable and accountable to the church family.
• Appropriate educational/ministry qualifications from a recognised Bible college
• Accredited by CCVT or willing to undergo the process of accreditation.
