Children and Families Pastor-Preschool Team Leader

Crossway has a vacancy for a Preschool Team Leader working 4 days a week
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Preschool Team leader to oversee our Preschool and Midweek ministries.

The role will involve providing strategic leadership and pastoral oversight for Crossway’s Preschool Ministry for both weekends and mid-week programs. Carrying the vision and DNA of Crossway’s Generational Ministries, work alongside the preschool staff team to ensure that our preschool ministry is developmentally and educationally sound, engaging children and families, partnering with parents in the discipleship of their children and achieving its missional outcomes.

Experience / Qualifications

• Early childhood tertiary qualification and/or experience
• Current First Aid certificate
• Demonstrate a passion for pre-schoolers and their families
