In response to signi´Čücant growth over recent years, Baptist Care SA are seeking to further strengthen the organisation’s operational leadership capacity through the addition of a Senior Manager Care Pathways.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Executive Leader Service Pathways, the Senior Manager Care Pathways is responsible for the ongoing development and provision of innovative Alternative Care services for children and young people under SA State Guardianship. The role will ensure the application of leading professional practice in the provision of quality services that enable and support children and young people to develop and achieve their potential. Leading the operational management of residential and other care services across the Metropolitan Adelaide and nominated country regions, the Senior Manager Care Pathways will also be responsible for contributing to the development of new business and the maintenance of a healthy organisational culture.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven Senior Management experience in a community service environment;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of key practices and legislation around guardianship services;
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management abilities;
  • Excellent leadership of multidisciplinary teams and a 24/7 workforce;
  • Full Drivers' Licence, valid DHS screening (DCSI) and valid National Police Check.

With relevant post graduate qualifications, the successful candidate will be an outcome oriented individual with a commitment to service delivery. Strong Christian ethos and experience with operational leadership, continuous improvement, clinical governance, program management and contemporary People & Culture practices will be highly regarded for this position.
