Financial Processing Solutions is a small but vibrant business located in Penrith.  We specialize in providing back office support services for Christian and Not for Profit Organisations, including Database Management, Data Processing, OCR Scanning, Donor Care Management, Fulfillment dispatch, & Accounting and BookKeeping Services.   

We are seeking to appoint a member to be part of our busy administration team.  The position is a permanent 37.5 hours per week.

Job description - includes OCR Scanning through EzeScan, Banking Preparation, Data Imports, Data Entry & Mailing lists through several databases. 

The successful candidate will possess good computer and organizational skills and be attention to detail. As majority of our clients are Christian Organisations, we are seeking someone who clearly demonstrates a mature Christian faith.

Ideally the successful applicant for this position will be:
  • Demonstrates good problem-solving skills and an ability to multi task
  • Must have a good understanding of software and Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to follow procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to export and import data
  • Maintain confidential client records
  • Confident in using computers & databases
  • Previous experience in banking
  • Previous experience in Data Entry
  • Able to work as part of a busy team
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients via email
