Job Description:

Foundation Christian College offers a K-12 programme with Christian teaching embedded throughout the curriculum for approximately 500 students.

An opportunity exists for an Administrative team member who is diligent, multi-skilled, and excited about working closely with our families, staff  and the wider community.

Job Requirements:

The role is responsible for the coordination of the end to end enrolment process and plays a key role in the positive awareness of the College. We are seeking a person who:
  • Is forward-thinking, organised and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • Has previous experience as a Registrar in an educational institution.
  • Loves meeting people from all walks of life and is proactive in building positive community.
  • Appreciates the history, values and culture that defi nes a community.
  • Prayerfully considers the way they treat others and the manner in which they complete all work.
Sound public relations and positive liaison is required to promote a professional image of the College at all times. The Registrar is responsible to the Business Manager and is a key member of support for the Administration Team.
