Are you keen to use your HR skills and experience to help Crusaders grow?

Our ADMINISTRATION DIVISION is looking for an experienced HR Generalist, starting in August 2018.

The role is tasked with providing HR support and leadership to the business with particular emphasis on identifying and recruiting appropriate staff to adequately resource ministry.

This is a permanent, part-time position (0.6 FTE). This is a new role within the business and represents recognition by management of the need to boost our HR emphasis as the business grows significantly over the next few years. The position will be available in August 2018 and applications are welcome now. Applications are open until the position is filled.

Qualifications and Experience:
  1. A strong and growing personal faith, evidenced by godly character, church and ministry involvement
  2. Experience working in HR
  3. Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  4. A solid understanding of relevant legislation, awards and relevant compliance requirements
  5. Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
