Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and motivated persons to fulfill the temporary part-time role of Debtors “Fee Liaison” officer within our school. This position reports to the Business Manager via the School Accountant.  
This is a two day per week position and is required to commence as soon as possible. While it has an estimated term of 3 months, there is a possibility that this may lead to a permanent part-time position.

Job Requirements:

The Fee Liaison Officer is part of the Finance staff of the school and has the specific responsibility of assisting the Finance Officer and School Accountant with the delicate task of ensuring that school fees are paid within time frames set out in our fee schedule. 
The successful applicant needs to:
  1. Be a Christian of Protestant/Evangelical persuasion, who is active in their own church and wholeheartedly subscribes to the School’s Educational Creed as found on our website under Our School, Educational Creed.
  2. Have prior experience in an accounts receivable / collections officer role with a demonstrated ability to reduce levels of outstanding debt.
  3. Have good interpersonal and communication skills as we have a very culturally diverse school community.
  4. Knowledge and experience working with databases is desirable
  5. Have attention to detail and a willingness to abide by strict confidentiality requirements
  6. Must be a competent user of the Microsoft Office suite   
  7. Have strong administration skills; a can do attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
This is a School Administration Services Grade 3 Position.
