BFS Mission: To resource Christian Ministry

BFS is currently looking to fill the role of Client Services Officer within our Client Services Team in our Sydney office, located at Epping.  Client Services Officers deal with client enquiries and requests and process client applications and instructions.  They also carry out other relevant operating duties.  This role is focussed on providing excellent service to our clients.
Applicants must be permanent residents of Australia.

Applicants must have the following:
• Numeracy skills;
• High level of verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills;
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, as part of a team and under direction;
• Good organisation and time management skills;
• Able to work in a busy environment;
• Ability to work within service level agreements and deadlines;
• Problem solving skills;
• Objection handling;
• Knowledge of call centre work: Excellent telephone skills, articulation, effective listening, empathy, handling Client enquiries promptly and politely;
• Exceptional data entry skills with the ability to identify anomalies;
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite (*Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Understanding of Risk management;
• Ability to follow procedures;

Job Requirements:

• Experience with a Credit Union, Building Society or Bank and a knowledge of Ultracs and/or FileOptics Imaging software would be an advantage.
• Experience in a call centre or similar environment.
