Job Description:

Christian Heritage College (CHC) is a Higher Education provider in Carindale, Qld, and offers a Christian alternative to students seeking a university-level qualification.

CHC was founded in 1986 and sought to re-imagine how people think about human flourishing, vocation, calling and the integration of faith and learning across a range of disciplines.

CHC's learning community is over 800 students that offers more than 20 courses across five major fields – Business, Education & Humanities, Liberal Arts, Ministries and Social Sciences.

We are seeking an experienced Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the daily and developmental functions of CHC.

Reporting to the Vice President - Advancement and Operations, you be responsible for:

1. To increase brand awareness and value for Christian Heritage College, its unique study environment and course offerings to all target groups for the purposes of increasing student application numbers.

2. To provide leadership to the Marketing team and the College overall, in the development and execution of strategic marketing programs to increase enquiry and enrolment of prospective students

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Marketing or Communications or other related qualification - Bachelor or higher
  • Ability to think and plan strategically
  • A working knowledge of marketing, public relations and media
  • Capacity to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize amongst competing demands
  • A self-motivated, empowering personality and character with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to self motivate and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Mature Christian Character and can provide a Pastoral Reference
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly ethical, consultative and team-oriented approach
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
