About the role:
We are seeking an outgoing, dynamic and focused professional to join our exceptional Quality and Services Support (QSS) team to ensure our Rhythm of Life (RoL) project is effectively coordinated and delivered across the organisation. The Rhythm of Life Project is an action research based project which translates the concepts of person-centred care into a well- developed and articulated model of care for delivery in Anglicare’s Residential Care facilities and into all care settings.

The merged organisation offers a wide range of opportunities to further develop our program in new and exciting settings! The successful applicant will have the opportunity to help with program innovation, design and evaluation whilst working alongside and engaging business stakeholders to roll out Rhythm of Life.

Key responsibilities (not limited to):

Working across all settings within Anglicare will require someone with demonstrated change management experience, excellent interpersonal skills with an open mind to new ideas and the desire to work in a co-design model with internal and external partners.

This role is challenging and rewarding holding full responsibility for the project management within the allocated area, reporting to the RoL Lead Project Manager. Supported by the wider Quality and Support Services (QSS) team, including the General Manager for QSS, Registered Nurses, clinical subject matter experts, and specialist departments, you will have the tools resources you need to succeed in this role. This position is based in Baulkham Hills with onsite parking available, however you must be flexible to travel throughout the Sydney Metro region and the South Coast/Illawarra.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are encouraged to apply.

Anglicare - Jesus Christ honoured, lives enriched and communities strengthened.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project management across interdisciplinary teams
• An awareness of research and evidence-based methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in change management
• Demonstrated experience working in the aged care and/or community services sector

In order to succeed in the role, you must have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the quality of life of elderly residents and clients.
