More about the role
The People Services Advisor works closely alongside the People Services Business Partners and broader People Services team to provide a valued HR service to our business. The Advisor will be the first point of contact with HR queries for their business units and provide advice and support on generalist HR matters (e.g. recruitment, remuneration and benefits administration, award and agreement interpretations, performance management, and reward and recognition) and work closely with the People Services Business Partner to deliver on transformational projects that support the key strategic plans of the organisation across all of our services.
The selected individual will have a strong commitment to working within HammondCare’s Mission, Vision and Christian Values. You are a Human Resources graduate and have some Human Resources and administrative support experience. You are a proactive person who is excited and engaged by the opportunity to learn and develop in a fast paced environment. You are confident and can articulate your views and advice clearly to a broad range of people. You are enthusiastic about change and enjoy a role that is challenging and rewarding.
