With over 1000 employees and volunteers, we seek an exceptional Executive Manager Human Rdsources to contribute to our strategy of growth and innovation in aged care, retirement living, special education, family counselling, youth homelessness accomodation, and disability services.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO, the position provides leadership and management for all aspects of Human Resources. Ensuring our people are supported through policies, procedures, and systems to optimise performance and enable achievement of the Carinity mission, strategic plan, and operational objectives. A vital aim of the role is aligning staff behaviour to Carinity's customer-centric approach and unique way of operating.
As a member of the Executive Management team, you will participate in strategy development, ensuring strong alignment of organisational culture with organisational goals. You will provide effective HR functions including performance management, remuneration, talent managemetn, learning and development, payroll processing, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety.
This is a full time position based at Carinity's Head Office in Gaythorne, which is 15 minutes from Brisbane's CBD and a short 5 minute walk to the cafes and retail shops of Brookside Shopping Centre.
