The Administrator/Office Manager is responsible for ensuring that a superior level of administrative support is consistently being provided to the Senior Pastors and their Ministry Team. The over-riding aim is to unburden South West pastors and their teams from administration tasks wherever possible. The role includes preparation and implementation of policies and procedures, and supervision of all Church administration and clerical staff.
The suitable applicant will be a proven problem solver, who enjoys challenges and hands-on administrative tasks, with a strong attention to details focus. Highly developed personal skills and leadership ability will be essential to raise up and manage a team. The role also involves assisting with the preparation and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
